Before there was indefinite detention, there was Conspiracy Theory (video)

By Goodman Green

Over a year before we heard anything about the National Defense Authorization Act having provisions that codify the indefinite detention of American citizens without trial, over a year before we heard anything about the “activation” of FEMA camps nation-wide, Jesse Ventura told us all about it on his TV show, Conspiracy Theory.

After airing once in November of 2010, truTV was asked to remove the episode from it’s lineup to prevent it being replayed. At the time it was labeled “dangerous and irresponsible” and we were told that it was “full of inaccuracies and irresponsible distortions.”

Well, I guess we are starting to see why the show hit a nerve with the control freaks in Washington, it was true…

Thanks for putting this on the net and thanks to Jesse for making the film. While I am not a conspiracy theory person I do believe, like most people, that If enough of us speak out we can keep these outrageous ideas from becoming reality.
As proven over and over, the executive branch cannot police themselves. The abusive application of policies like the “state-secrets privilege” doctrine happens. Some how we need to stop this abuse.
My own story, a slightly fictionalized autobiography “La Taza Azul” by Ricardo Ali Fernandez on is a testament to what happens when abuse of power goes unchecked. If you send me an e-mail at I will likely send you a free copy.

  2. did anyone see “the whole story” ventura exposed on 9/11?
it does suck when accurate info is sent by the false flaggers
its a great cathartic move to quiet any dissent before the fact

anyone else remember hearing repeatedly hearing “who could have predicted?”

  3. any previous examples in history of folk catching and stopping fascists?

  4. Gotta love Jesse! Now, let’s go see some of these places for ourselves and see what happens. NO COMMENT.

  5. My new e-mail is
The issue here is critical that being stopping over sixty years of the abusive application of the state secrets privilege and related doctrine, act, regulation, executive order, and related policy abuses.
