In May, the World Health Assembly will yet again consider the question of destruction of smallpox virus. In order to politically legitimize keeping smallpox samples, the United States appears to be positioning itself to begin research that will create new threats from this eradicated virus.

By international agreement, all research with smallpox virus must take place under the World Health Assembly’s (WHA) authorized research program. For many years the rationale to retain smallpox virus under that program has been dwindling, as the program’s objectives that arguably required virus have been achieved.

As new and newer vaccines have been licensed, various diagnostics proven, and antiviral drugs developed, public health reasons to keep samples, held only in the US and Russia, have melted away.

Canada bans small weed ops for ‘enormous’ profits

Medical marijuana patients in Canada can expect a 50-100% increase in the cost of medication next year, all so that large commercial interests can monopolize the habilitative herb, CBC News reports.

Health Canada has banned private-dwelling production of this 34-million-year-old plant, because the Mounties complained about missing out on taxes for weed sold outside the licensed market. Actually, they called the activity “criminal” because, after all, no matter that the plant is safer and more effective than many lab-drugs, the government criminalized it.

This article takes a close look at the legislation just passed by Congress and signed by President Obama allowing the Secretary of Agriculture to issue executive orders that bypass regulations, safety, and science for the purpose of speeding genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and genetically engineered seeds (GE) and crops to market.  The way the law is written, Secretary Tom Vilsack can lift restrictions on GMOs for a set period and, it appears, do so without hindrance from the courts.

Northeast US Mumps Outbreak Involved 97% Vaccinated Children

The New England Journal of Medicine has recently released conclusions to the media of a manufactured mumps outbreak of 2009 which occurred in New York City, two upstate New York counties, and one New Jersey County.

There were a total of 3,502 cases of salivary-gland swelling and other symptoms clinically compatible with mumps of which 1,648 were confirmed with clinical specimens.

FDA okays GMO carrot for rare Gaucher disease

The US Food & Drug Admin. just approved a drug made from genetically modified carrots to treat Gaucher, a rare disease found mostly among Ashkenazi Jews. Out of a global population of 6.8 billion, an estimated range of 600,000 to a million carry the recessive gene for it, though not all are symptomatic.

The incidence of Gaucher is so rare, in fact, that to approve a GMO carrot for this purpose makes no sense, raising the specter of some unstated plan.

As expected when humans ingest active foreign DNA, one of the side effects of the FDA-approved drug, Elelyso®, is anaphylactic shock, among other allergic reactions.

Virginia moves to repeal mandatory HPV vaccine

Frito-Lay sued for labeling its GMO-filled snacks as “All Natural”

Less than a year after Frito-Lay announced plans to make half their products without “any artificial or synthetic ingredients,” the $13 billion company was sued last week in federal court for fraudulently marketing the snacks that contain genetically modified ingredients.

Somehow, “artificial” and “synthetic” doesn’t include “genetically modified” in Frito’s mind.

Talk about dying to get your freedom.  Dana Beal, a well-known drug war activist, literally did just that on his way to the slammer.   Beal — one of the founders of the Yippee movement and chief organizer of the Global Marijuana March was busted in Wisconsin for possessing 169 pounds of medical marijuana.  Earlier this year he was sentenced to five years, half to be served in prison and half on probation.

He had served 9 months, but soon after being sentenced and on his way to prison, a strange thing happened to him; he had a heart attack and claims he died.  Miraculously he was revived and treated and then the authorities calculated the consequences of keeping Dana in prison.  He needed heart surgery and they decided it was too costly and voided the remainder of his prison sentence.

CDC Director Involved in Swine Flu Hoax Arrested for Child Molestation and Bestiality

Dr. Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey, a top official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been arrested and charged with two counts of child molestation and one count of bestiality.

Dr. Lindsey, who joined the CDC in 1999, is currently the deputy director for the Laboratory Science Policy and Practice Program Office. She’s second in command of the program office.

California seizes kids age 12 and up for vaccines without parental consent

Unfuckingbelievable. California Governor Edmund Gerald Brown  has effectively taken possession of children age 12 and older, by removing the need for parental consent for vaccines.  Merck and the pharmaceutical giants must be loving this fascist law.  AB 499 was signed into law on Oct. 9, 2011.

The bill is unconstitutional, exemplifying tyranny at its greediest.This violates a parent’s right and duty to protect their children from harm. It violates the most basic understanding of parental rights. It threatens to cause the very disease it purports to protect against, as Gardisil is contaminated with viral HPV.

SANE Vax tested 13 vials of the Gardasil vaccine, from six different countries, and found that all were contaminated with genetically modified HPV DNA. The vaccine maker Merck, has claimed for the last five years on the package insert that the vaccine contains NO viral DNA.
