On a secluded estate in England, a small group from the elite UK think-tank, The Royal Society, are openly discussing control over the planet’s weather.  The Orwellian nature of the discussion is stunning, as this select group seemingly wrings their hands over how to delegate the proper authority to research such godlike power.  They begin by asking a rhetorical question, “Who Decides?”

In a candid AP story, the entire agenda is laid bare as we are treated to a session that is “generally off the record.”  This is the grand rollout to be sure: from research to implementation, they announce much of what is already provably in the works, as well as the road toward a future of unthinkable control by an inner circle of ideologues with the task to “save the planet.”

Introductory comments

There could be some objection from “conspiracy theorists” that [ETC Group’s] Diana Bronson’s response to the journalist from the Montreal Gazette shows she isn’t really against geoengineering, including the “artificial volcano” kind, but only against unregulated geoengineering. Under a system of global government run by the United Nations she would accept it. She is therefore a globalist, a proponent of world government and all the schemes of the Illuminati, the Rockefellers, Rothschilds, etc. etc. etc. Well.

Alien Forest, Alien Ocean, Alien Sky

Imagine our declining pollinators – bees, moths, butterflies and bats – coming upon thousands of acres of toxic trees, genetically engineered so that every cell in the tree exudes pesticide, from crown to root. Imagine a world without pollinators. Without seed dispersers. Without soil microbes.

It would be a silent forest, a killing forest, an alien forest. No wonder Vandana Shiva scoffs at the moniker, biotechnology. “This is not a life technology. It’s a death science.”

At an international symposium held in Ghent, Belgium May 28-30, 2010, scientists asserted that “manipulation of climate through modification of Cirrus clouds is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.” It is “fully operational” with a solid sixty-year history. Though “hostile” environmental modification was banned by UN Convention in 1978, its “friendly” use today is being hailed as the new savior to climate change and to water and food shortages. Military forces stand poised to capitalize on controlling the world’s weather.

“In recent years there has been a decline in the support for weather modification research, and a tendency to move directly into operational projects.”
