A growing number of former government insiders — all responsible officials who served in a number of federal posts — are now on record as doubting ex-CIA director George Tenet’s account of events leading up to the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States. Among them are several special agents of the FBI, the former counterterrorism head in the Clinton and Bush administrations, and the chairman of the 9/11 Commission, who told us the CIA chief had been “obviously not forthcoming” in his testimony and had misled the commissioners.

TSA’s John Pistole oversaw Egypt’s torture, sexual abuse program

Made in America: Mubarak’s Most Brutal Thugs Trained With FBI

By Jason Ditz
Antiwar.com

WikiLeaks cables, including  07CAIRO3348, released today by the Daily Telegraph, detail the Bush and Obama Administrations were providing training to Egypt’s secret police, the SSIS, which cables and human rights NGOs have repeatedly cited for routine torture of detainees.

The cable details SSIS chief Hassan Abdul Rahman describing Egypt’s political rivals as “terrorists, not political oppositionists.” The FBI’s deputy director John Pistole appears to have been at the center of training, and was praised for his “excellent and strong” cooperation with the SSIS.

The details of exactly what training the SSIS received was not revealed in the cables, but one can only imagine that Pistole, now infamous for his role as the chief of the TSA, probably gave them details on more than simply enhanced pat-downs.

Newly Released FBI Documents Support Explosive Claims by Former FBI Translator Sibel Edmonds

Official Documents Confirm Major Criminal Investigations of Turkish Operatives in Chicago

By Boiling Frogs

Recently released FBI documents prove the existence of highly sensitive National Security and criminal investigations of “Turkish Activities” in Chicago prior to September 11, 2001. These documents add further support to many of the allegations that former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds has claimed, in public and in Congress, since 2002. The documents were released under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request into an organization called the Turkish American Cultural Alliance (TACA), an organization repeatedly named by Ms. Edmonds as being complicit in the crimes that she became aware of when she was a translator at the FBI.

The documents released under FOIA are almost completely redacted, but they do support many of Edmonds’ claims, Continue reading

Sibel Edmonds: The Traitors Among Us

Sibel Edmonds Has Named Names. Why Isn’t the Media Reporting the Story?

By Brad Friedman
Hustler Magazine

SIBEL EDMONDS, a former FBI translator, claims that the following government officials have committed what amount to acts of treason. They are lawmakers Dennis Hastert, Bob Livingston, Dan Burton, Roy Blunt, Stephen Solarz and Tom Lantos, as well as at least three members of George W. Bush’s inner circle: Douglas Feith, Paul Wolfowitz and Marc Grossman. But is Sibel Edmonds credible?

March 01, 2010 – “

“Absolutely, she’s credible,” Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) told CBS’s 60 Minutes when he was asked about her in 2002. “The reason I feel she’s very credible is because people within the FBI have corroborated a lot of her story.” Edmonds’s remarkable allegations of bribery, blackmail, infiltration of the U.S. government and the theft of nuclear secrets by foreign allies and enemies alike rocked the Bush Administration. In fact, Bush and company actually prevented Edmonds from telling the American people what she knew—up until now.

Testimony Subpoenaed in Turkish Lobby & Congressional Campaign Case

free sibel edmondsBy Sibel Edmonds

“Sibel’s just been subpoenaed for a deposition in an election court case involving Jean Schmidt (R-OH). This will be a major test of Obama’s justice department to see if they will throw the State Secrets privilege to gag her again, or if they will let this case proceed and let her be on record in a court case for the first time since she’s been gagged. This could be huge, folks!” ~ Cascadiance

Breaking News:

Last week I received a request to provide my sworn deposition and affidavit testimony in a case pending before the Ohio Elections Commission, Schmidt v. Krikorian.
