Suffolk Co. NY to hear proposal to ban chemtrails

On Dec. 6, New York’s Suffolk County government will hold a public hearing on a proposal to ban aerial spraying of aluminum oxide, barium, sulfur, and other salts into the air over the county without first filing an Environmental Impact Statement with and receiving approval from the county’s Department of Health Services, Division of Environmental Quality.

Exempted from the proposed ban are aerosol spraying operations for agriculture, and for lyme disease, Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE), West Nile virus (WNV), and other disease vector control operations.

GMO, chemtrail opponent arrested in Serbia

Serbian NGO head warns Gov: Stop GMOs, Stop Chemtrails

In this remarkable video from Serbia (English transcript is below), Nikola Aleksic, Director of the Ecological Movement of Novi Sad, issues a stern warning to the president Boris Tadic to stop importing food based upon GMO and stop the chemtrail spraying, or he will call and personally lead the people of Serbia to the streets. He concludes his speech by saying: “You can be sure that, I, Nikola Aleksic, will keep my word – even at the cost of my own life.”

Aleksic also implores the Serbian army to “defend your people and sky over Serbia”, and tells the people of Serbia that now is no time to be cowards – they need to stand up for their rights for themselves and their children.

The undersigned organizations would like to express our concerns about the upcoming IPCC joint working group expert meeting on geoengineering to be held in Lima, Peru, June 20-22, 2011.

Geoengineering, the intentional large-scale manipulation of the Earth’s systems to modify the climate, is one of the most serious issues the international community will face in the decades ahead. The prospects of artificially changing the chemistry of our oceans to absorb more CO₂, modifying the Earth’s radiative balance, devising new carbon sinks in fragile ecosystems, redirecting hurricanes and other extreme weather events are alarming. The potential for accidents, dangerous experiments, inadequate risk assessment, unexpected impacts, unilateralism, private profiteering, disruption of agriculture, inter-state conflict, illegitimate political goals and negative consequences for the global South is high. The likelihood that geoengineering will provide a safe, lasting, democratic and peaceful solution to the climate crisis is non-existent.

Chemtrail Health and Eco Impacts Prompt Lawsuit

Citrus Heights attorney Joseph H. Marman will soon file a lawsuit against the Shasta County Air Quality Management District in California for failing to ensure good air quality, on behalf of those injured by pollutants used in persistent jet contrails, popularly known as chemtrails.

The type of damage can vary – from reduced agricultural output and reduced solar energy capture, to damaged soils and water systems, to human health problems.

He reported to Food Freedom that he now has enough plaintiffs to pursue the case, but must first file an Administrative claim.

“Typically after I file a government claim, then we have six months in which to file the complaint,” he said.

Depending on what’s loaded in the spray, as well as particle size, aerial spraying impacts health in a variety of ways. Once inhaled or absorbed through the skin, particles can impede gastrointestinal, respiratory, autoimmunity, neurological and cognitive functions.

Investigators Wanted to Document Chemtrails

HAARP and the Japanese earthquake

This chart from 137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/magnetometer/gak-mag.cgi shows a 36-hour plot of the readings taken from the fluxgate magnetometer, built by the University of Alaska, Geophysical Institute, operating at the HAARP ionospheric observatory in Gakona, Alaska. The three traces represent mutually orthogonal components of the earth’s magnetic field as follows:

* The “H” component (black trace) is positive magnetic northward
* The “D” component (red trace) is positive eastward
* The “Z” component (blue trace) is positive magnetic downward

Geomagnetic storminess is usually indicated in oscillatory variations in the earth’s magnetic field. Additional detail concerning the nature and severity of the ionospheric disturbance can be found through analysis of the three components of the field.

UN Climate Concern Morphs into Chemtrail Glee Club

In Cancun, Mexico, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is under pressure to overturn the UN ban on chemtrails. This would dissolve an agreement reached in October at the UN Convention on Biological Diversity conference in Japan. In that landmark decision, the 193-member CBD agreed by consensus to a moratorium on geoengineering projects and experiments. The US has not agreed to it.

Citing profits, the US further refuses to cut greenhouse gas emissions attributed to global warming, the purported concern of the United Nations. Instead, it seeks to expand its geoengineering projects for which hundreds of patents have already been filed. (See sampling below.)

Volcano Blast Creates a Natural Test of a Geoengineering Scheme–Which Fails

A recent volcanic eruption let scientists watch Mother Nature try out one of the geoengineering schemes that has been proposed to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the air, and therefore cool the planet. But the results of this natural experiment left a lot to be desired.

The geoengineering technique known as ocean fertilization calls for scientists to dump iron into the ocean to “fertilize” it and spur blooms of phytoplankton. These tiny photosynthetic organisms will suck up CO2 as they grow, the thinking goes, but will then die and tumble down to the sea floor, where the CO2 will be safely stored in the heaps organic matter.
