European Parliament accepts Skyguards petition opposing aerial spraying/HAARP

On 25th March 2014, national day of commemoration of the outbreak of the Greek Revolution of 1821, a pleasant surprise came to us from Brussels: acceptance by the European Parliament of the petition on aerial spraying and HAARP submitted a year ago by the Skyguards group following the two-day conference “Beyond Theories of Weather Modification – Civil Society against Geoengineering” that was held there at that time.

Developed in 1988 by the United Nations Environment Programme and the UN’s World Meteorological Organization, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) just published its Fifth Assessment Report [1] and maintains its silence on military weather modification applications which continue to skew the climate data.

“Extreme weather and climate events” are linked to climate change while no mention is made of government programs deliberately aimed at modifying the weather and inducing earthquakes, drought, rain, and tsunamis.

The modern weather modification program, at least in the US, is over 70 years old. Public service announcements printed in newspapers back in the 1960s warned of government intention to modify the weather.

Life Magazine, back in the 50s and 60s, continually covered US weather modification programs, including Project Stormfury which redirected and reduced hurricane intensity from 1962 to 1983. The IPCC’s continuing and absolute silence on such programs is deafening.

HAARP goes under cover: Begich on Coast2Coast

George Noory quickly covers several newsworthy items on his July 17 Coast to Coast radio show, including illegal license plate surveillance funded by DHS, India food poisoning linked to pesticide, Noory’s renewed “long-term” contract with Clear Channel, and of particular interest to COTO readers, a furlough for Alaska weather modification system, HAARP.  Noory interviews professor Nick Begich, author of Angels Don’t Play This HAARP.

This will save the military about $300,000 a month, says Begich, while they look for a private contractor to run the place. Because private contractors are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act, “the real story is that they’re going deeper.”

Tectonic Warfare: How to Make an Earthquake (video)

In 2009, the History Channel aired the documentary, Weather Warfare.  From about 2:15 to 12:40 of this extract, researchers show how ELF waves (which HAARP produces) can trigger an earthquake:

HAARP and the Japanese earthquake

This chart from 137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/magnetometer/gak-mag.cgi shows a 36-hour plot of the readings taken from the fluxgate magnetometer, built by the University of Alaska, Geophysical Institute, operating at the HAARP ionospheric observatory in Gakona, Alaska. The three traces represent mutually orthogonal components of the earth’s magnetic field as follows:

* The “H” component (black trace) is positive magnetic northward
* The “D” component (red trace) is positive eastward
* The “Z” component (blue trace) is positive magnetic downward

Geomagnetic storminess is usually indicated in oscillatory variations in the earth’s magnetic field. Additional detail concerning the nature and severity of the ionospheric disturbance can be found through analysis of the three components of the field.

The indescribable tragedy in Japan, with its still unknown implications for the future of life on this planet, along with the parallel paroxysm of barbarous violence in North Africa suggest that human history is moving into a new and unprecedentedly dramatic phase.
