Much has been made about the secretive nature and lack of transparency surrounding efforts by the U.S. and Canada to create a North American security perimeter. With several high-level meetings in the last month, not to mention all the behind the scenes negotiations, it is expected that an action plan will be unveiled at some point in September. From a U.S. perspective, it is security which is driving the agenda, while on the Canadian side, facilitating trade and easing the flow of goods across the border is the focal point. Any deal reached will build off past initiatives and be used to advance economic, energy and security integration between the two countries.
NATO bombs Benghazi, Libya
COTO BREAKING NEWS: Eyewitness account describes the evidence that NATO’s invasion of Libya constitutes multiple war crimes. This is a military coup which the Libyans will resist for as long as they live. For more info, see Lindauer’s recent piece, Going Rogue: NATO War Crimes in Libya.

TRIPOLI: We have so much documentation that it make your head spin. We spoke with 250 rebels who were released by the Tribal Leaders with the blessings of Ghadafi, the stories they tell of the atrocities that they did are horrifying we have them on tape. We also have many rebels that are documented admitting all the atrocities that they themselves committed. But, here is one truth that is irrefutable – the 2000 tribes of Libya are the actual government here, if anyone does not know this then they do not know Libya.
These tribal leaders released 150 rebel prisoners 3 weeks ago, 10 days later another 250 were released. There were about 20 foreigners that witnessed this magnificent show of forgiveness, we have this on tape. There is another release of 200 prisoners in these coming days.

Be Your Own Leader
In the last year, the bilateral process has been the primary means used to advance North American integration, which has drawn little attention. With the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) seemingly stalled after being exposed and discredited, the U.S. channelled trilateral negotiations to parallel bilateral discussions with both Canada and Mexico. Recent reports of a tentative Canada-U.S. security and trade agreement has once again highlighted the whole process of deep continental integration. The U.S. is formulating a strategy with the aim of implementing a North American security perimeter. [Image by NAUresistance]
What we are witnessing today is simply the entire foisted-upon-us “interdependency” idiocy coming home to roost. To repair and reform, we need to break out of the fascist trade and banking straight-jackets and rebuild local, national and regional freedoms – all according to real democratic processes and prerogatives.

Were there no European union there would be no Greek crisis beyond Greece, Greece would have retained its currency and paid its price for budget problems in the value of its currency.
But the stitching together of so many diverse countries and cultures into one unit, with one currency, has presented far more problems than it has solved and, worse, has removed national and cultural liberty, sovereignty, as well as necessary freedom for tariff-based re-balancing mechanisms.
As a result, we now have synchronized global pain and ruin serving to give the banksters more opportunities to gain evermore resources and power over our lives with their out-of-thin-air private money machines.
Worst of all is exactly this private central bank contagion, in which nations have given up their rights to create their own money and credit, and without interest if they see fit. The world-wide sovereign debt problem is essentially a private central bank, debt-money, problem. It’s the interest, stupid. Its the inevitable Kondratieff wave of debt-money.

In 2005, the Inter-Governmental Working Groups (IGWG) of member states, a United Nations group, created what was to become the International Health Regulations, 2005. This initial plan was revised in 2006, 2007 and again this year 2009.
