Virginia moves to repeal mandatory HPV vaccine

Finally—and thank God, if I still can say that—some legislators have come to their senses about the obviously dangerous HPV vaccines touted as preventing either the human papillomavirus and/or cervical cancer, Gardasil® and Cervarix®.

Perhaps some Virginia state legislators examined the CDC’s VAERS reports and found what Drs. Gary Null and Nancy Ashley reported in their VacTruth article of January 25, 2012:

California seizes kids age 12 and up for vaccines without parental consent

Unfuckingbelievable. California Governor Edmund Gerald Brown  has effectively taken possession of children age 12 and older, by removing the need for parental consent for vaccines.  Merck and the pharmaceutical giants must be loving this fascist law.  AB 499 was signed into law on Oct. 9, 2011.

The bill is unconstitutional, exemplifying tyranny at its greediest.This violates a parent’s right and duty to protect their children from harm. It violates the most basic understanding of parental rights. It threatens to cause the very disease it purports to protect against, as Gardisil is contaminated with viral HPV.

A 2010 exposure of Murdoch’s Times of London revealed that it had published forged documents purporting to show that Iran planned to do nuclear experiments for an atomic weapon, and as Collins points out, it was Murdoch’s “drumbeat of misinformation” that helped mislead people into believing that Saddam Hussein was involved in the 9/11 attack, supporting Bush’s invasion of Iraq, though intelligence was “unsubstantiated, contradicted, or even non-existent,” according to the Senate Intelligence Committee Unveils Final Phase II Reports on Prewar Iraq Intelligence from June 5, 2008.

But what has not yet been covered is the media circus Murdoch’s London Times created internationally as it fabricated lies against a respected British doctor, with consequences that could impact the lives of billions of children in the world.

Supreme Court protects Big Pharma from liability for vaccine-damaged children

Vaccine makers are protected from lawsuits, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday, dashing the hopes of a US couple who had sought monetary damages after their daughter fell ill after a round of routine childhood inoculations.

By a 6-2 vote, the US high court, in an opinion by written Justice Antonin Scalia, rejected the family’s argument that they should allowed to sue drug maker Wyeth for not making a safer vaccine.

The case concerned Hannah Bruesewitz, who as a six-month-old infant received a series of injections to protect her against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, the illness also known as whooping cough.

The family, from the northeastern state of Pennsylvania, found that after the third injection, the cognitive development of their now-teenaged daughter slowed dramatically and she developed seizures and other health problems that continue to this day.

The family insists that the girl’s medical problems were a side-effect of the vaccine; Wyeth, the manufacturer, over the years has steadfastly denied any link exists between the girl’s condition and its vaccine.

The US high court ruled that the vaccine maker, which is owned by Pfizer Inc, the world’s largest pharmaceutical company, is not subject to the liability laws that govern some other products.

The court ruled that design-defect lawsuits were preempted by a 1986 law, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, which created a national compensation program for vaccine-injury claims, and also gave vaccine makers protection from some lawsuits.

The law allows for complaints to be brought before a special tribunal; the family early had pleaded and lost its case before that panel.

The ruling also affirms a lower court decision that also had found in favor of Wyeth.

In a statement, the American Academy of Pediatrics hailed the ruling.

“Today’s Supreme Court decision protects children by strengthening our national immunization system and ensuring that vaccines will continue to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in this country,” the physicians’ group’s president Marion Burton said.

“Today, the US Supreme Court affirmed what pediatricians have been advocating for decades” Burton said. “Vaccines save lives.”

Wyeth, meanwhile, in a statement released Tuesday said it also was “pleased.”

“We have great sympathy for the Bruesewitzes. We recognize, however, that the Vaccine Act provides for full consideration of the liability issues through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

“Here the Vaccine Court concluded that the petitioners failed to prove their child’s condition was caused by vaccination,” the company statement said.

 

Judge violates Michigan law, vaccinates child over parental objection

On Nov. 22, Jackson County Judge Susan Beebe violated Michigan’s vaccine exemption law by ordering a mother to vaccinate her child or lose custody of the two-year-old, plus face jail and fines.  The child was jabbed this week with five vaccines over the mother’s objections.

Michelle Cochrane, 20, reported the incident to her physician, Dr. Timur Baruti, who was interviewed by Dr. Leonard Horowitz, Sherry Baker and R.J. Hampton on the Insight Hour radio show.

The four children were reported to have fainted soon after they were vaccinated and witnesses reported seeing the children’s eyes roll back as they began to have seizures. All of the children were under the age of two years of age, with the youngest being just six months. Sadly the children died before medical aid workers could reach them.

Virginia teen athlete in wheel chair after H1N1 vaccine shot

A teenage Virginia athlete is in a wheel chair now after suffering Guillain-Barre Syndrome within hours of receiving an H1N1 swine flu vaccine shot. 14-year-old Jordan McFarland developed severe headaches, muscle spasms and weakness in his legs after being injected. He will need “extensive physical therapy” to recovery, reports MSNBC. Plus, he’ll need the help of a walker for four to six weeks.
